Neill brings together a range of highly relevant capabilities for his role: real estate development expertise, market and financial analysis, business start up management, real estate finance, deep understanding of the regional markets and a very entrepreneurial background.
With a family deeply engrained in real estate and tourism development, Neill grew up assimilating all facets of the industry. With degrees from Salisbury and Bradford as well as exposure to Harvard he worked with Morgan Stanley, Bank of America and several other companies in the financial sector of real estate.
Neill was involved in North American real estate development projects with a total value exceeding 1 bn $US and has led and contributed to a wide range of business plans, development strategies, lease models and financial structuring and real estate asset management. Neill also co-founded a US based real estate development company in the USA securing private equity, REIT capital and bank financing.
He worked in commercial real estate brokerage as well project development in the USA before locating to the UAE where he started with real market analysis and progressed to a senior advisory role with Investment Boutique (subsidiary of BetterHomes). His areas of expertise are
