  • Business Advisery for the Ajman Gate project in Ajman on behalf of AIDA (Ajman Investment and Development Authority). Services include co-ordination of all development team parties, financial feasibility tracking and structuring advisery.

  • Business Advisery for R Holdings (Ruler of Ajman) for parts of the Emirates City development in Ajman. Services include co-ordination of all development team parties, financial feasibility tracking and structuring advisery.

  • Review of all tourism related transportation infrastructure (airports, ports, rail systems, road) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with emphasis on passenger service, catering and retail components. Development of recommendations to improve the infrastructure and facilities to support future tourism growth.

  • Corporate branding and sales strategy for the real estate development arm of Aqarat Real Estate in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.  The project comprises the development of a branding strategy, setting up of the sales and marketing functions for each real estate development project and assisting the sales process.

  • Development of an Islamic Hotel Brand and Chain on behalf of a Dubai Investor.  Project comprises the development of the geographic and product positioning, vision and mission definition, strategic rollout, organisational architecture, acquisition strategy and implementation road map.

  • Bin Haider Group – preparation of presentation document in connection with a proposed desert hotel at Dubailand

  • Rezidor SAS – strategy document for launch of Park Inn brand in Middle East

  • Landmark Group – review of proposed architectural plans for a budget hotel in Sharjah, compared with international space planning benchmarks

  • Three-year strategic project developing the tourism master plan of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including action plans and 16 topical modules across the entire spectrum of sustainable tourism development.
